Spring Zing emcee Gary Sinclair entertains the audience like no one else!

Central’s 2nd annual Spring Zing scheduled for Saturday May 30, 2015 at Lincoln Central Park at the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Dickens Street—just outside of Four Farthings Bar & Grill and City Grounds. Mark your calendars now for this exciting neighborhood event. Spring Zing brings neighbors together, promotes bike maintenance and safety, showcases the architectural heritage of the neighborhood, entertains children, encourages support of local merchants and helps generate greater awareness of LCA’s mission in the neighborhood. By popular demand, Performance Bicycle will return to provide free bike tune-ups for neighborhood residents. Kidical Mass will lead a family friendly bike ride beginning at 9:30 and leaving from Oz Park. The bike ride will make a stop at Lincoln Central’s Fire Station Park. The bike safety team from Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago & Kohl’s Cares will be on hand to teach bike and pedestrian safety to attendees of the event. Community Christian Church will run the Kid’s Corner featuring arts & crafts. There children will be entertained by master balloon artist, A Real Mad Hatter, and face painting by Elsa from Frozen. LCA Board member, Gary Sinclair will orchestrate the day’s events in his role as emcee and help award valuable prizes to winners of the Spring Zing raffle.
